Please note that, Koka uses Couriers Please for most deliveries. Couriers Please is an Australian based courier company, specialising in E-commerce businesses.

Couriers Please sub contracts reputable couriers (Within Australia) and other reputable international courier services for deliveries.

All Koka Dept deliveries come with a Couriers Please tracker. For ALL delivery enquiries on your order, please contact Couriers Please, as you are the recipient of the package, and Couriers Please will only communicate with you with regards to the delivery, not Koka Dept. 

International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

We love shipping our gear worldwide. Please note that all orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and customs clearance or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout, and they are the responsibility of the customer. They're set by your local customs authority, vary from country to country, and are usually collected by the courier before or at delivery. Because of this, we're unable to estimate or cover them in advance. If you're unsure what to expect, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs charges needed to receive your parcel.
